Become the Retail Ambassador & Key Holder at Cozey in Montreal, where your customer service skills will shine. Focus on enhancing furniture shopping experiences and store integrity. Cozey is looking for a passionate Retail Ambassador & Key Holder for our flagship store in Montreal. In this role, you’ll assist customers with furniture as well as maintain the high standards of store presentation and organization. You'll also support staff and operations in the absence of management, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with furniture selections
- Build lasting relationships based on exceptional service
- Handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Uphold visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Oversee opening and closing store procedures
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting and be on feet for hours
