• Provide day-to-day personal assistance to our executive team, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks.
• Assist with live streaming setups and manage technical aspects to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
• Coordinate and set up personal appointments and meetings, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
• Support our social media efforts by filming behind-the-scenes content, assisting with content creation, and engaging with our online community.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
• Create and manage a Poshmark account to ensure seamless communication and mailing needs.
• Proactively identify areas where you can add value and take initiative to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• A self-starter attitude with a passion for life and a desire to grow within the company.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
• Highly punctual and well presented.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prior experience with social media management, live streaming, and administrative tasks is a plus, but not required.
• Secondary education in business administration or marketing highly valued but not required.
• Willingness to travel on occasion for events and marketing shoots.
• Drivers License and personal transportation.
• Located physically in the vicinity of Ottawa/Kanata/Carleton Place
