Responsibilities
Your Mission

As a Millwright, you aren’t just "fixing things"—you are the guardian of our production efficiency. You will:

Within this role you will be responsible for troubleshoot, repairing, dismantling and assembling Presses.

You will be required to travel 25% of the time (with 1-2 week notice) to their other facilities to work on their Form Press machines.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Floor

Certified Expertise: You hold a valid Certificate of Apprenticeship and a Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in good standing.
Proven Track Record: Ideally, you have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a heavy industrial or high-demand manufacturing environment.
Safety First Mindset: A deep-rooted understanding of OHSA standards and a commitment to keeping yourself and your teammates safe.
Versatility: Skilled in welding, pipe-fitting, and rigging (or ready to sharpen those skills).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS software is a definite plus.
