Skilled Manufacturing Manager Focused on Production and Improvement

Shape our production landscape as a Manufacturing Manager specializing in defense electronics. Oversee operational excellence while fostering a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment. As the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead teams in daily operations and process optimization, ensuring that production goals are met satisfactorily. Your role will encompass mentoring team members and employing Lean practices for continuous improvement. A firm understanding of electronics manufacturing is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and targets
- Develop strategic staffing and production plans
- Monitor and enhance performance metrics effectively
- Ensure compliance with various safety and company standards
- Facilitate team coaching and mentoring initiatives
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a manufacturing leadership role
- Degree in engineering or business required
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
