Duties:- Prepare and cook fried menu items following established recipes and guidelines.- Adhere to food safety protocols and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.- Set up fry stations with necessary ingredients, equipment, and utensils for efficient operations.- Handle food items for frying, including but not limited to vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients.- Monitor fryer temperatures and cooking times to ensure proper cooking and optimal taste.- Keep track of inventory levels for frying supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen supervisor.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, utensils, and equipment for a hygienic work environment.- Assist with other kitchen tasks as required, such as food preparation or cleaning duties.

Qualifications:- Experience in a similar role within the food industry is advantageous.- Knowledge of food handling practices and adherence to safety regulations.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.- Attention to detail is crucial for accurate execution of recipes and cooking processes.- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
