- Manage preparation of quarterly tax provisions
- Oversee Canadian tax compliance for private equity funds

- Prepare documentation for tax authority inquiries
- CPA/CA with a minimum of 5 years in tax
- Corporate tax compliance and audit experience
- Knowledge of Canadian tax law and procedures
