Serve as a Bilingual Customer Care Coordinator at ParaMed, ensuring the highest level of client support in both English and French. Provide essential coordination of care requests in this part-time position. You will be the main touchpoint for clients and field staff, dedicated to facilitating efficient care delivery. Key responsibilities include scheduling support staff, updating patient and employee records, and maintaining open channels of communication. Fluency in both languages is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Assign care staff based on patient requirements
• Create patient care schedules effectively
• Update computerized records for patient data
• Manage inquiries via calls and electronic communications
• Document and report on all interactions properly

• One year of administrative or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong computer skills necessary for data entry
• Must be fluent in English and French, both orally and written
