You will manage employee schedules, coordinate coverage for absences, and provide administrative support. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential for managing the scheduling needs and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assign work schedules using the Workday Scheduling System
• Manage schedules for employee absences and vacations
• Schedule coverage for unfilled shifts and coordinate outreach
• Validate scheduled hours worked for payroll submissions
• Assist with administration for new resident processes

• Experience in staff scheduling within a health care environment
• Proficient in using scheduling software or systems
• Strong organizational skills for managing shifts
• Excellent communication skills with staff and families
• Knowledge of leave administration and WCB processes
