Business Development Sales Leader
Noramtec Consultants Inc.
Drive new business growth for Noramtec Consultants through B2B sales, client relationships, and tailored workforce solutions. This remote role requires Alberta-based candidates.
As Business Development & Sales Leader, you will expand Noramtec’s presence across targeted industries and markets. The work combines opportunity identification, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth. Noramtec’s more than 60 years in recruitment, workforce solutions, and project services provides the foundation for client development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Create business development plans supporting sustainable revenue growth
- Build relationships with decision-makers and senior executives
- Research trends, projects, workforce demands, and competitors
- Lead prospecting through negotiation and contract award
Requirements:
- Background in business development, B2B sales, or client management
- Ability to develop accounts and convert prospects
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and own sales targets
