Senior Lead Merchandiser for Garden Centre

You will oversee daily activities in the Garden Centre, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Your role includes supporting inventory processes, training staff, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to maintain Garden Centre standards
- Support receiving, stocking, and merchandising live goods
- Supervise and motivate a seasonal team for optimum performance
- Conduct performance check-ins and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and staff
- 2+ years in team leadership or management roles
- Previous merchandising experience, ideally in a Garden Centre
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with technology and online reporting tools
- Genuine passion for gardening and outdoor living
