Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential coverage in the absence of directors
- Manage overall budgeting and operational activities
- Ensure adherence to childcare licensing and health regulations
- Coach and develop staff through mentorship
- Maintain ongoing communication with families and communities
- Minimum 5 years of early childhood experience
- Background in management or assistant manager roles
- Child Development Supervisor Certificate Level 3 in Alberta
- Strong organizational abilities
- Current Standard First Aid Certificate
