Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential coverage in the absence of directors
• Manage overall budgeting and operational activities
• Ensure adherence to childcare licensing and health regulations
• Coach and develop staff through mentorship
• Maintain ongoing communication with families and communities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of early childhood experience
• Background in management or assistant manager roles
• Child Development Supervisor Certificate Level 3 in Alberta
• Strong organizational abilities
• Current Standard First Aid Certificate
