Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineering Lead

HDR seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineering Lead to innovate within their industrial sector. In this pivotal role, you will guide HDR's team in the design and implementation of sophisticated industrial water/wastewater treatment systems. Your extensive experience will be essential in engaging with clients to understand their needs while leading complex projects across North America. Collaboration with business development is crucial for capturing new opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead design and technical oversight of W/WW systems
- Develop comprehensive proposals and project strategies
- Conduct technical training sessions and workshops
- Review vendor proposals and coordinate project details
- Oversee project teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in W/WW system design
- Active Professional Engineering license required
- Proficient in hydraulic modeling and software tools
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
