The opportunity:

EY-Parthenon is Ernst & Young's global strategy consulting arm, helping CEOs and business leaders design and deliver transformative strategies. As a Transaction Strategy & Execution Senior Manager, you will work on high‑profile transactions, supporting clients through pre‑deal due diligence, integration planning, and post‑deal value creation.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, cost and value, operating models and optimize technology processes across diverse industries.
• Lead integration planning and execution within an Integration Management Office.
• Oversee carve‑out or divestiture planning and execution within a Carve‑out Management Office.
• Identify, validate, and realize synergy opportunities.
• Develop Transitional Services Agreements and M&A integration playbooks.
• Lead diverse project teams to successful outcomes, ensuring clear strategic roles.
• Drive business development, client outreach, market development, and proposal creation to grow the practice.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, contributing to EY‑Parthenon's growth and reputation.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Graduate or Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 8‑10+ years in professional services or related tracks; prior management consulting experience required.
• Excellent record in merger integration, acquisitions, divestitures, or carve‑outs.
• Trusted IT advisor experience with Fortune 500 or comparable clients.
• Technical depth in ERP applications, non‑ERP applications, or cloud infrastructure (desired).
• Strong track record of building long‑lasting relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading M&A/value‑creation project teams in complex business environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into insights.
• History of overseeing engagement scope, resources, financials, and stakeholder management.
• Coaching and guiding people to develop professional and personal skills.
• Bilingual in French and English (required); ability to travel to the U.S. at short notice.

Qualifications:

• Engineering (Computer Science, Software) and/or Business (BCom, MBA, PMP).

Ideally, you will also have:

• Proven record of excellence in technology‑focused merger integrations, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve‑outs.
• Experience supporting projects involving IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, cost and value, and operating model optimization.
