Key Responsibilities Manage daily Labour Relations activities and agreements
Counsel management on contract interpretations and applications
Build relationships with contractor associations in Canada
Design training programs for management and staff
Resolve Labour Relations conflicts with operations and unions
Requirements Post‑secondary education in Labour Relations or HR
Minimum 7 years experience in construction environments
Extensive collective agreement interpretation experience
Solid knowledge of Labour and Employment legislation
Excellent computer skills including MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
