TruStone Financial is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to enhance our national operational strategies. This role focuses on leadership, process improvement, and team development across all service dimensions. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the National Operations team while reporting to the Director of Operations. Your responsibilities will prioritize operational effectiveness across Contracting, New Business, Customer Service, and Investments. You will drive process improvements and manage resource allocation efficiently to exceed service level targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop capacity planning strategies for national hubs
  • Identify improvements and best practices for workflows
  • Provide coaching and performance management for teams
  • Manage the operational budget for cost-effectiveness
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years in management within MGA or insurance
  • University degree or relevant professional designation preferred
  • Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management expertise
