- Lead planning for packaging format transitions and upgrades
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for material and production alignment
- Act as a liaison for packaging specifications and performance testing
- Prepare project updates and reports for leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3–7 years in packaging operations or project management
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with automated packaging systems
