Nous sommes à la recherche d'un membre du personnel enseignant compétent, passionné et dévoué pour rejoindre notre équipe pédagogique dynamique. La personne retenue sera responsable de la planification, de la mise en œuvre et de l'évaluation d'un enseignement de qualité, conforme aux normes et aux exigences établies par le ministère de l'Éducation de l'Ontario.

Conformément à la Loi sur les normes d’emploi, le Conseil affiche à titre indicatif l’échelle salariale de la catégorie A1, soit de XXX $ à XXXX $. La grille AEFO comporte cinq catégories (A0 à A4), mais A1 est utilisée aux fins d’affichage. Le salaire offert sera confirmé selon les critères applicables et l’évaluation du COEQ.
Principales responsabilités
- Cycle Primaire-Moyen
- Concevoir à partir des programmes-cadres et dispenser des leçons engageantes et inclusives qui répondent aux besoins diversifiés des apprenants, en intégrant les principes de la différenciation pédagogique.
- Évaluer les progrès des élèves à l'aide de diverses méthodes d'évaluation, y compris des évaluations formatives, sommatives et la triangulation, et utiliser ces informations pour adapter son enseignement.
- Collaborer avec les parents et les membres de la communauté pour favoriser un soutien optimal à l’apprentissage des élèves.
- Participer aux activités de développement professionnel et à la mise en œuvre des exigences des programmes d’études, entre autres, en matière de littératie, de numératie et de compétences socio-émotionnelles
Exigences de l'emploi
• Diplôme en enseignement et certification pour enseigner en Ontario (certificat de qualification et d’inscription).
• Expérience ou formation sur la mise en œuvre des exigences du Cadre de référence sur l’enseignement et l’apprentissage du ministère, notamment en matière de littératie et de numératie.
• Compétences en gestion de classe et en communication.
• Engagement à promouvoir la francophonie et à intégrer la culture francophone dans l’enseignement.
En vertu des Règlements de l’Ontario 521/01 et 170/02, toute personne employée par le Conseil scolaire Viamonde, doit fournir un relevé récent de ses antécédents criminels dans le secteur vulnérable (mois de 6 mois) avant d'entrer en fonction.
