Growth & Partnerships Lead

### **Role Purpose**
We’re looking for a collaborative, driven Growth & Partnerships Lead to join our core team. Rather than just selling a product, you’ll grow our community - bringing scaling businesses and top‑tier automation experts onto REWORK. You’ll demonstrate the value of our AI tools (like our AI receptionist) and show clients how our AutoTeam of verified experts can transform their operations - earning uncapped commission on every client and expert you successfully activate.
### **Core Responsibilities**
#### **Build & own the pipeline**
* Connect with potential clients to understand their operational bottlenecks
* Own your outreach strategy and pipeline end‑to‑end with full autonomy
* Prospect, run outreach, and handle objections to activate new accounts
#### **Demonstrate & onboard**
* Demonstrate REWORK’s AI solutions (e.g. the AI receptionist) and value proposition
* Guide businesses through a smooth onboarding onto the platform
* Show clients how the AutoTeam of verified experts transforms their operations
#### **Grow the partner network**
* Bring scaling businesses and top‑tier automation experts onto REWORK
* Build long‑term, supportive client relationships
* Focus on measurable outcomes - clients and experts activated
### **Required Qualifications**
#### **Required**
* Proven growth, partnerships, or B2B sales experience with a track record of building client relationships
* Foundational understanding of the AI & automation landscape (OpenAI, Zapier, custom LLMs) to explain our value
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication; you deeply understand and support client needs
* Autonomous and proactive - you thrive in a remote, results‑oriented environment
#### **Preferred**
* Prior experience at a SaaS company, startup, or digital marketplace
* An existing network or deep understanding of tech, operations, or automation professionals
