Quality Manager for Robotics at RRS

Remote Robotic

Lead the quality function at Remote Robotic Systems as a Quality Manager in Kanata, Ontario. Drive excellence in manufacturing with your ISO 9001 expertise and quality leadership. As a Quality Manager, you will establish systems and standards to ensure product quality and reliability at RRS. This foundational leadership role involves designing a comprehensive Quality Management System, overseeing inspections, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead the Quality Control team
Design ISO 9001:2015-aligned Quality Management System
Develop inspection plans and testing procedures
Serve as final quality authority for product decisions
Lead internal and customer quality audits

Requirements:

Degree in engineering or technology-related field
7+ years in quality for electronics manufacturing
3+ years leading quality or inspection teams
Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
