The City of Swift Current is inviting applications for the position of Manager Water & Wastewater. This senior leadership role provides strategic and operational direction for the Citys Water & Wastewater Utility, including the water distribution system, wastewater collection system, Water Treatment Plant, and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Reporting to the General Manager of Infrastructure & Operations, the Manager is accountable for regulatory compliance, service reliability, asset and capital planning, financial stewardship, operational policies, and long-term utility strategies. Through three direct-report superintendents, this position also provides leadership for workforce planning, staff development, performance management, succession planning, mentorship, and leadership development.Vacancy posted 1 day ago
