Hotel Opening GM - Guest Experience & Profit

DBNC Group

Rook Hotel is opening a new property in Mississauga and seeks a General Manager to own the business unit, deliver guest experience, build the team, and drive results. You will manage operations, collaborate with a consultant, and coordinate with shared functions to set priorities and resolve blockers.

The role demands leadership of guest service, housekeeping, and on-site operations, with a plan to achieve profitability and a 24-hour on-site presence during opening and ongoing operations.
