Recruiter

Our enterprise client is seeking an Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment across their business.

This role manages end-to-end recruitment delivery, collaborating closely with business leaders and HR teams to identify and secure high-performing candidates. The position offers strong visibility and ownership of recruitment strategies driving inclusion and critical hiring priorities.

Contract, Location: Saskatoon, Working Hours:9am-5pm CST

Must Haves:

- 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Background in high-volume recruitment for corporate environments.
- Bachelors Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred.
- Experience engaging and managing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.

Nice to Have:

- Experience developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Prior exposure to account management or HR stakeholder coaching.

Responsibilities

- Support execution of retail business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to create and drive inclusive recruitment strategies
- Guide and coach hiring leaders throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate timely candidate reviews and activities with stakeholders
- Partner with HR professionals and internal Centers of Excellence to ensure positive recruitment experiences
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within talent acquisition
