Hybrid Product Manager Role at Fidelity

Fidelity International

Join Fidelity as a Product Manager focusing on the Investly platform. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and aims to enhance digital investing solutions for clients. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the Investly platform. With 3+ years of experience in digital product management, you'll perform research and develop actionable insights to drive product enhancements. You will work closely with development and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and user engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain the product roadmap for Investly
Collaborate on business cases with Finance and Marketing
Design and execute A/B tests for product improvements
Provide insights for go-to-market strategies
Conduct competitive scans to identify challenges

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Over 3 years in direct-to-customer product roles
Background in user research and data analysis
Strong skills in cross-functional stakeholder management
Proficiency in execution and project management
