Bond Consulting Group is a unique professional services firm. We are a leading SR&ED consulting firm, located in Toronto. SR&ED stands for "Scientific Research & Experimental Development" - it is the name of the largest and most important corporate tax incentive program in Canada, available to all businesses in fields of science, technology, or medicine. The program is like a grant but is administered by CRA (The Canada Revenue Agency). We are seeking an Assistant to Senior Management with outstanding communication, time management, and organizational skills to join our team at our office in Central Etobicoke.
Job Specifications/Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Senior Management's calendars, arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Communicate with clients and track deliverables.
- Prepare professional correspondence, compose draft letters and memos, and naming conventions.
- Conduct Quality Control on internally prepared documentation.
- Develop and maintain filing systems of professional and executive documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Handle a variety of special projects.
- Run errands as required (a vehicle is a must).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
