We’re growing our Personal Lines Client Care team  to  help  take  our  client experience  to the next level  and  elevate Mitch to new heights.   Are you an experienced Account Manager  who enjoys building relationships , problem solving, and  ensuring clients feel supported and valued  throughout every interaction? What  you’ll do  
Working a s part of our Personal Lines Client Care team,   your passion for providing top-notch customer service will shine as you  support our  existing clients   with guidance  and  expertise that h elps  to  strengthen   overall  retention.   
 
You know that every client interaction is an opportunity to  better  meet their needs.  Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. More in a “how else can I help you today?” way.  
 
You’ll work with clients through  multiple channels to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files,  assist with billing changes,  and  complete other service requests .  You’ll be their go-to insurance expert,  providing professional advice to  ensure  they have  the protection they need.

• Using strong sales instincts and creating client-focused solutions that   help  provide better protection  and value  

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and staying organized while dealing with information/requests coming from  different sources   

• Applying s trong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail  

• Staying positive and thriving under pressure  
   

Your qualifications  
You’ve worked  as an Account Manager  or CSR  at an insurance brokerage for  two or more years  and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.  You also have your RIBO licence.    Where  you’ll work is up to  you    We believe in providing a flexible work environment where our teammates have the  option to work for us from anywhere across Canada.
