Data-Driven Editorial Expert at Cole
Workada
Become an essential part of Cole International’s customs brokerage team and ensure exceptional accuracy and service. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals, this in-office role offers a chance to impact client success directly. In this in-office Editorial Expert role, you’ll oversee crucial aspects of the customs process. Your main responsibilities will include entering invoice and shipment data accurately, tracking missing documents, and generating billing for customs entries. By collaborating closely with colleagues, you'll help uphold service standards while working in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and transpose shipment data
- Monitor and respond to internal communications
- Track down missing documents for complete files
- Generate accurate billing for customs entries
- Back up reception duties and assist clients
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
