Receptionist and Office Manager

Job Responsibility:
Visual Signs & Printing is an innovative design and manufacturing company specializing in signs/printing and awards. We make signs for clients all over Kamloops, including for the Noble Pig, The Royal Inland Hospital, Red Tomato Pies, and many more.

Receptionist/Administrative Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients assisting them or directing them appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival for meetings.
- Answering phones and emails professionally.
- Notify clients that product is ready.
- Create invoices and submit to clients.
- Collect payments at front desk.
- Utilize company project management system and update accordingly.
- Inform clients by answering or referring inquiries.
- Arrange couriers, and sort and distribute post.
- Notify Project Managers of payments for job processing.
- Final quality checks in Print and Engraving divisions prior to client pickup.
- Responsible for upkeep and organization of pickup, and reception area.
- Assist with production as needed -- folding, cutting, photocopying.
- Maintain a clean upstairs workspace, including Friday vacuuming cleaning etc...
