Als Online Marketing Manager bei data nation bist Du nicht nur „jemand, der Ads schaltet“.
Du bist Architekt unserer digitalen Wachstumsstrategie – für uns und unsere Fitnessstudio-Kunden .

Du:

entwickelst smarte Funnels,
steuerst Meta- & Google-Kampagnen, die Geld drucken,
bringst unsere Brand sichtbar nach vorne,
und baust im Idealfall sogar den Instagram-Auftritt von data nation neu und stark auf.

Deine Aufgaben – das erwartet Dich:

Performance Marketing (Meta & Google)

Planung, Umsetzung & Optimierung von Facebook-, Instagram- und Google Ads
Entwicklung cleverer Funnels, die Leads in Mitglieder verwandeln
Laufende Performance-Analyse, A/B-Tests & datengetriebene Optimierungen

Creative & Branding

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Präsenz (insb. Instagram)
Aktive Content-Ideen, Formate testen, Trends nutzen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team für Creatives, Visuals & Storytelling

Landingpages & Funnels

Konzeption und Erstellung von Landingpages für uns & unsere Kunden
Conversion-Optimierung auf Basis von Verhalten, Daten & Insights

Analytics & Strategie

Tracking, Auswertung und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
Kontinuierliches Optimieren unserer Werbestrategie und Marketingprozesse
Verantwortung für die Skalierung der Online-Kampagnen

Dein Profil:

Ausbildung oder Studium in Marketing, Mediengestaltung, Online Marketing o. ä.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Erfahrung in der Erstellung & Optimierung von Landingpages
Sicherer Umgang mit Analytics, Tracking & Dateninterpretation
Verständnis für Social Media Marketing und Content Creation
Kreativität, Eigeninitiative & die Bereitschaft, neue Wege zu gehen
Lust darauf, Dinge wirklich besser zu machen – jeden Tag
