Director of Sales Strategy at Hubbell

- Execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity for strategy formulation
- Implement effective sales processes and Salesforce CRM tools
- Provide management with sales forecasts and business recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership, electrical industry preferred
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency preferred with travel capability
