Base Salary: CA39,000–CA50,000 per year + 15%–30% Commission

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with qualified warm leads, understanding their insurance needs, recommending suitable coverage options, and confidently guiding clients through the sales process.

Warm leads are provided with this role , allowing you to focus on building relationships, presenting insurance solutions, and closing sales rather than cold prospecting.

This is a full-time, in-person sales position ideal for an experienced insurance professional who is motivated by performance and enjoys working in a competitive, results-oriented environment.

Compensation

• Base salary: CA39,000–CA50,000 per year
• Commission: 15%–30%

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads provided by the company and identify potential insurance opportunities.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage options.
• Present insurance products and clearly explain policy terms, benefits, coverage, and exclusions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handle client questions, concerns, and policy-related inquiries professionally.
• Effectively overcome objections and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales activity, documentation, and follow-up information.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance KPIs .
• Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and overall performance.
• Ensure all client interactions and sales activities comply with applicable insurance regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year of insurance sales experience required.
• Valid LLQP licence required.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and commission-based sales environment .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales administration tools is an asset.
• Self-motivated, competitive, professional, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Spanish proficiency is considered an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional insurance education or certifications are an asset.
