What you'll do

Work alongside our chocolatiers on day-to-day chocolate making: tempering, molding, ganache prep, and finishing
Learn our recipes and processes step by step, with guidance from the team
Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
Pay close attention to detail, texture, and appearance in everything you touch
Pitch in on packaging and prep during busy periods

What we're looking for

Genuine interest in chocolate or pastry work and a real willingness to learn
Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is preferred
Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a working production kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team
Attention to detail. Small things matter a lot in this craft

Schedule and pay

Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, four 10-hour shifts per week
$20 to $23/hour, depending on experience
Start date: late September / early October 2026
