Here's a quick overview of what you will be doing
We are looking to build a team with a passion for live music and a desire to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, artists and fellow team members. Our Door Concierge is the face of guest interactions and pillar of hospitality. Primary responsibilities include, greeting guests, scanning tickets, checking IDs, and ensuring guests have an amazing experience. With our fast casual format no day may be the same but the ability to improve experiences in our space will always be a priority.
- Providing exceptional hospitality to all those who you interact with
- Guiding guests through the food and beverage menu, answering questions as needed and providing appropriate information
- Adhering to proper alcohol and food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage and food items.
- Verifying guest IDs at 19+ events
- Working closely with security team to ensure safety for all guests and staff
- Completing cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed
- Assist other teams with operations as required for the smooth running of the venue and shows
- Contribute to improving the quality of service and employee productivity

What we need you to have
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industries
- Serving it Right
- FoodSafe Certificate (preferred)
- Right to work in Canada
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds regularly
