We are looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who’s ready to take the wheel and make a real impact. At Steele Chevrolet , you won’t just be moving paper, you’ll be helping people move forward. As our Finance & Insurance Manager , you will help guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. From navigating financing options to explaining warranty packages, you will play a key role in delivering an experience that is personal, smooth, and stress-free.
Compensation: 100% commission, with earning potential of up to $100,000+ annually
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the bridge between lenders and clients, securing the best financing solutions for every unique situation.
- Process lease and finance deals efficiently and accurately.
- Present insurance, warranties, and protection options in a way that adds confidence and value.
- Keep our sales team sharp with the latest on finance programs and offerings.
- Ensure all client documentation is clean, clear, and compliant.
What You Bring
- A strong sales background and a passion for helping people
- Previous F&I or automotive sales/finance experience
- A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending
- Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
