Join Birks as the Director of Retail Stores in the Greater Toronto Area. Spearhead sales growth and operational excellence across luxury and prestige retail segments.
Your leadership at Birks will fundamentally shape the retail landscape in the GTA, overseeing all operations for two distinct banners. You will ensure that teams are aligned with the company’s strategic vision while driving exceptional customer experiences. By fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration, you will engage with teams to meet financial targets and develop talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the achievement of sales and profitability goals
• Manage regional profit and operational plans
• Conduct detailed sales trend analyses
• Collaborate on policies to improve customer experience
• Coach management teams for leadership success
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of relevant leadership experience
• Background in managing luxury and prestige brands
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Degree in a related field
• Experience managing multiple retail stores
