This role is crafted for a hands-on executor—someone eager to jump in, lead from the front, and continuously optimize our shop floor. You don’t need to know everything on day one; you just need the drive to learn it. Backed by our HQ support team, you will be empowered to focus on what you do best: leading the local team, optimizing production, delivering flawless bike protection installs, perfecting distribution, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap’s proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.

The Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead the Crew: Manage daily scheduling, task delegation, and timesheets for the production and installation teams.
• Drive Performance: Conduct daily stand-ups to set priorities, and run regular check-ins and performance reviews to foster growth.
• Train & Retain: Onboard and train new team members, cultivating a positive, high-performance culture.

Production, Distribution & Installation Execution

• Manage the Floor: Oversee daily production and shipping operations, ensuring optimum output and a 100% accuracy goal for order fulfillment.
• Install Supervision: Manage the installation calendar and supervise output quality to ensure every bike leaves looking perfect.
• Process Optimization: Work to streamline existing processes to achieve maximum raw material efficiency.
• Technical Support: Learn the ins and outs of our printing fleet to assist with routine troubleshooting and maintenance.

Community

• Build Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships in the community, with regional stores, customers, dealers, and wider RideWrap teams as a representative of the brand and location.
• Local Bike Events: Drive local brand awareness by attending and executing local events, supporting the local riding scene, and bringing the vibes.
• Local Ambassador Program: Actively engage and partner with local ambassadors to support the brand, and drive awareness to RideWrap.

Warehouse & Inventory Logistics

• Inventory Control: Maintain the Canadian warehouse, execute inventory management, and fulfill supply orders for other RideWrap locations.
• Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate the intake of supplies and the dispatch of bulk orders and pallets (must be comfortable safely lifting up to 36 lbs).
• Shop Logistics: Conduct routine shop runs to collect and return bikes from local partners.

Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills

• Leadership: Management or team leadership experience, with a proven track record of organizing people and processes is an asset
• Customer Facing: 1+ year of dedicated customer service experience.
• Operational Mindset: A high degree of organization, an eagle-eye for detail, and a relentless drive to improve workflows.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to coordinate with our global teams.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is a strong asset.
• The Stoke: At least 1 year of mountain biking experience (preferred) and a genuine passion for the bike industry!
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
• A self-starter mentality with a highly positive, collaborative attitude.
