Tasting Room Ambassador Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Seasonal (August 2024 - March 2025) Location: CedarCreek Estate Winery, Kelowna, B.C.

What You'll Do

• Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Be responsible for sales in the tasting room, leading public tours & tastings
• Promote all new wine releases, upcoming promotions, and Platinum Club Membership
• Maintain merchandising, organization, and cleanliness on the retail floor and behind the tasting bar
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Assist and support other functions of the winery as needed
• Responsible for warehousing duties on a rotational basis

What You Have

• Serving it Right
• 1-2+ years of guest service experience
• Must be energetic, engaging, and authentic
• Passionate about building a career in the wine industry
• Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weight up to 40lbs

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
