Medicom est un chef de file mondial en prévention des infections et en fabrication de dispositifs médicaux. Dans le cadre de son expansion sur le marché médical canadien, Medicom recherche un(e) Territory Manager pour couvrir le territoire québécois, en mettant l’accent sur les établissements de soins aigus. Ce rôle est stratégique pour développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires et maintenir des relations solides avec les hôpitaux et partenaires.
Les responsabilités
- Atteindre et dépasser les quotas de ventes attribués au territoire, dans le respect du budget établi.
- Être le principal point de contact pour les établissements de soins aigus et les hôpitaux.
- Développer et exécuter des plans clients, et formuler des recommandations à la direction.
- Maintenir et enrichir des relations avec les partenaires de distribution, les organismes d’approvisionnement stratégique (SSO) et les autorités régionales de santé (CIUSSS, CISSS, CAG).
- Participer à des salons professionnels, événements clients et réunions de ventes.
- Assurer un suivi proactif des préoccupations des clients (produits, retards, facturation).
- Mettre à jour en continu ses connaissances produits.
- Maintenir un bureau à domicile pleinement fonctionnel et effectuer des déplacements fréquents (utilisation du véhicule personnel, frais remboursés).
Le profil recherché
- Minimum 7 à 10 ans d’expérience confirmée en ventes médicales.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en ventes dans le secteur des soins aigus.
- Antécédents solides en croissance de ventes et atteinte de quotas.
- Expérience avérée avec les groupes hospitaliers et les différents réseaux du Québec.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en analyse et en organisation.
- Capacité à présenter plusieurs gammes de produits à divers décideurs.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Éducation postsecondaire (un diplôme universitaire est un atout).
- Expérience clinique : un atout.

The Work Environment
Medicom is a global leader in infection prevention and medical device manufacturing. As part of its Canadian market expansion, Medicom is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Quebec, with a primary focus on acute care institutions. This role is essential to drive new business opportunities and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals and distribution networks.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned territory and expense budget.
- Act as the primary sales contact for acute care facilities and hospitals.
- Develop and execute customer plans, providing recommendations to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, Strategic Sourcing Organizations (SSOs), and Quebec healthcare networks (CIUSSS, CISSS, CAG).
- Participate in trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings.
- Proactively address customer concerns regarding products, backorders, or billing.
- Continuously refresh and expand product knowledge.
- Maintain a fully functional home office and travel extensively as needed (personal vehicle required, expenses reimbursed).
What You Bring
- 7 to 10 years of proven success in medical sales.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in acute care sales.
- Demonstrated track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
- Experience working with hospital groups and networks in Quebec.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organization skills.
- Ability to present multiple product lines to diverse decision makers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Post-secondary education required (university degree considered an asset).
- Clinical experience is an asset.
