ServiceNow CSM Technical Architect

Lead ServiceNow CSM architecture remotely, applying enterprise integration expertise and technical governance across complex platform operations.
This experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect serves as the enterprise platform design authority. You will design custom Customer Service Management solutions, guide delivery teams, and define secure, scalable roadmaps. The work includes integrations across hybrid and cloud infrastructures using MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead custom ServiceNow CSM solution architecture and governance
- Provide technical guidance and code review standards
- Design integrations using MID Servers and Service Graph Connectors
- Translate business requirements into technical platform roadmaps
- Enforce maintainable configurations and ServiceNow best practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms
- 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and technical delivery
- Experience across CSM, ITSM, CMDB, or related capabilities
- Knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, and integration frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
