Global Remote Senior Recruiter Role

We seek an experienced Senior Recruiter with over 5 years in talent acquisition, particularly in staffing agencies. Your expertise in sourcing, team leadership, and business development will be pivotal as we engage top enterprise clients primarily in Western Europe. Key Responsibilities:

Manage world-class recruiting teams and talent acquisition
Build and maintain client relationships to meet hiring needs
Customize hiring stages for various positions
Source candidates using innovative techniques
Facilitate negotiations and provide guidance throughout processes

Requirements:

5+ years as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner
Proven team leadership and business development experience
Expertise in sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems
Data-driven communication and interpersonal skills
Strong initiative with proactive prioritization
