Deputy Manager for Engineering Projects

This position is critical to supporting the VP Engineering in project governance and execution for capital programs. You'll play a vital role in formalizing maintenance plans and coordinating engineering initiatives while engaging with regulatory authorities. Your efforts will ensure the long-term performance of essential transportation infrastructure across Atlantic Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement quality management practices organization-wide
• Assist in project coordination and budgeting efforts
• Administer internal engineering programs and tools
• Monitor compliance with Asset Modification policies
• Manage project documentation and improvement systems
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or relevant experience
• Proven experience with technical projects
• PMP or related certifications are advantageous
• Familiarity with marine industry regulations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and independence
