Industrial Engineer (Saint-Bonaventure)

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the manufacturing strategy (material flow, production cells, workstations)
• Analyze plant performance using key indicators and recommend concrete actions
• Conduct time studies and balance operations to optimize workstations
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop tools and support production launch projects
• Be involved in continuous improvement, production rollout, and optimization
• Work with dedicated field teams and develop solid expertise in a manufacturing workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent training
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly processes enhances impact
