Senior Support Services Administrator (Permanent, Full-Time)

Location: Peterborough, ON

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: $38,520.56 - $56,647.76 annually

As a Senior Support Services Administrator, you will:

• Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence


• Provide training, procedural guidance and support to Support Services Administrators as required.


• Perform more complex administrative and more complex general office support duties for branches and other departments.


• Provide purchasing support to the Credit Union (fill requests for office supplies).


• Maintain inventory of the Credit Union’s office supplies.


• Support management purchasing decisions.


• Prepare accurate purchasing records, accounting records and required management reports.


• Prepare accurate management reports (e.g. Collabria).


• Operate mailing equipment and complete associated processes for large production mailings.


• Support the Support Services Manager - Administration Services with other sundry duties as required.


• Assist with creating and maintaining a supportive work environment.

Qualifications Required:

•   High school diploma or GED Equivalent


•   Prior Support Services Administrator experience would be an asset


•   Possess knowledge with windows, excel, general office equipment and electronic mail


•   The successful candidate will be a team player who is patient and has an attention to detail
