Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on various pay issues and performance measurement
- Lead and manage a team to deliver multiple projects
- Analyze industry trends and interpret compensation data
- Conduct external market reviews for benchmarking
- Create client reports that guide executives' decisions
- Bachelor's degree focusing on HR or financial fields
- Minimum 5 years of related consulting experience
- Experience with diverse industries on compensation issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications for data presentation
- Strong project management ability to oversee timelines
