We are looking for a Programmer Analyst to join a dynamic application services team responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a large-scale case management system. This role involves working across both steady-state support and project-based initiatives, contributing to system improvements, new features, and overall application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance application functionality by analyzing system requirements
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, queries, stored procedures, and triggers
- Contribute to Java-based application development and enhancements
- Perform unit, functional, and regression testing
- Participate in system analysis, design, development, implementation, and integration
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues
- Assist with application upgrades and deployments
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong application programming and analysis experience
- Demonstrated experience with CA Gen version 8.5 or higher
- Strong experience in Java development
- Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience in application development and support
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in testing (unit, functional, regression)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with enterprise-level applications is preferred
