Drive customer retention and growth at Rippling as an SMB Account Manager in Toronto, using consultative selling and SaaS expertise.You will own a customer book and guide businesses through Rippling’s HR, IT, and Finance solutions. This Toronto-based role focuses on adoption, retention, revenue growth, renewals, upgrades, and cross-sales. You will manage strategic relationships, customer priorities, and commercial processes across a fast-growing SMB segment.Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers through go-live, renewals, and executive business reviewsConsult on HR, IT, Finance, and workforce management needsBuild pipelines for cross-sales, upgrades, and contract renewalsNegotiate procurement and coordinate contract executionPartner with teams to improve adoption and customer successRequirements:
Three-plus years of SaaS account management, sales, or customer successConsistently meet and exceed quota through product salesRun consultative discovery, demonstrations, and structured sales processesBuild long-term commercial relationships with diverse stakeholdersStay organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactiveBring SaaS account management, consultative sales, and retention expertise to grow Rippling’s SMB customer relationships in Toronto.
