As the Regional Director of Sales, you will lead proactive sales strategies for six hotels while nurturing a sales-focused environment with General Managers and Front Desk staff. This role emphasizes building client relationships through effective engagement and strategic prospecting. Key Responsibilities:

Drive outbound sales for six hotel properties
Create a collaborative sales culture with hotel staff
Activate accounts and increase market share intentionally
Present bi-weekly sales strategies using MS Teams
Manage a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hotel guestroom sales experience
Proven success in generating business and revenue goals
Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies and operations
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Excellent communication and organization skills
