Canada Regional Delivery Director - PS & Growth

Keyloop

Keyloop bridges the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers and car buyers.

We empower car dealers and manufacturers to fully embrace digital transformation. How? By creating innovative technology that makes selling cars better for our customers, and buying and owning cars better for theirs.

We use cutting-edge technology to link our clients’ systems, departments and sites. We provide an open technology platform that’s shaping the industry for the future. We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?

The Regional Delivery Director owns the full professional services portfolio across Canada. You are accountable for delivery outcomes, revenue performance, team capability, and customer success across every project in your region. You operate as both a senior delivery leader and a commercial owner — ensuring projects are well-scoped, contracted, and executed to schedule, margin, and quality commitments. You sit within the Global PS Leadership Team and carry responsibility for contributing to functional strategy alongside regional execution.
This is a high-ownership role. You are the customer's primary escalation point and the business's first line of accountability for regional PS performance. You will be expected to challenge the status quo, drive continuous improvement, and represent the region with presence and commercial authority.

Principales responsabilités/ Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio & Delivery Ownership

  • Own successful execution of the regional PS portfolio — all implementation, onboarding, and consulting engagements across Canada and Latam.
  • Ensure all projects are adequately scoped, defined, and underpinned by appropriate commercial contracts before work commences.
  • Oversee delivery against schedule, budget, scope, and quality commitments across all active projects.
  • Act as primary escalation point for customers and as overall owner for delayed or at-risk projects — drive resolution, not just visibility.
  • Attend customer steering committees and executive reviews where required; maintain senior stakeholder confidence throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Work with PS Ops & Transformation to ensure alignment on delivery methodology, tooling, and reporting cadence.

2. Commercial Accountability

  • Manage regional PS revenue, margin, and utilisation performance against plan — own the numbers, not just the narrative.
  • Support accurate revenue forecasting; maintain a clear view of pipeline, in-flight delivery, and risk at all times.
  • Engaged in the sales cycle — contribute to scoping, commercial positioning, and contract review to ensure deals are deliverable and profitable.
  • Identify and progress upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Account Management.
  • Ensure PS days associated with Keyloop Traction and Customer Success Plans (CSPs) are correctly allocated, tracked, and delivered to programme commitments.

3. Customer Success & Outcomes

  • Drive a customer outcomes mindset across the team — delivery success is defined by customer outcomes, not project closure.
  • Ensure smooth handover from PS delivery into Customer Success and Support, with the customer journey front and centre.
  • Maintain high CSAT and NPS performance; actively monitor sentiment, intervene early on challenged accounts, and close the loop on feedback.
  • Champion Keyloop Traction delivery standards — ensure Traction tiers (Launch, Accelerate, Supercharge) are executed consistently and to defined outcome criteria.

4. People Leadership, Talent & Delivery Centre Strategy

  • Directly manage Project Managers, Lead Consultants, and delivery teams across the region — set clear expectations, provide timely feedback, and hold the team accountable.
  • Build team capability through structured development, coaching, skills gap identification, and targeted training programmes.
  • Establish and maintain a high-performance culture: motivated, accountable, outcome-focused.
  • Lead workforce planning for the region — actively drive headcount strategy into Regional Delivery Centres (RDCs) and Global Delivery Centres (GDCs) to scale capacity, reduce cost-to-serve, and build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Leverage RDC and GDC capacity to accelerate delivery throughput and time to value — not as a fallback, but as a deliberate structural component of the regional delivery model.
  • Champion talent development within centres: identify high-potential individuals, create structured progression pathways, and ensure centre teams are fully integrated into regional delivery culture and standards.
  • Engage co-delivery partners where appropriate to provide elastic capacity, while maintaining Keyloop quality and delivery standards across the partner ecosystem.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition and retention; apply best practice Human Capital management standards across all delivery channels — direct, centre-based, and partner.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Leadership

  • Act as the regional voice within the Global PS Leadership Team — share learnings, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and CS to align on customer needs, roadmap requirements, and delivery priorities.
  • Engage with regional co-delivery partners to extend capacity and maintain delivery standards through the partner ecosystem.
  • Contribute to Keyloop's go-to-market positioning in Canada and Latam — understand market dynamics, customer maturity, and competitive context.

6. Continuous Improvement, Automation & Operational Excellence

  • Identify, promote, and execute process improvements on a regular basis — this is an expectation, not an occasional activity.
  • Actively drive the adoption of automation tooling and AI-assisted delivery approaches to accelerate time to value for customers, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify automation opportunities across onboarding, project management, reporting, and quality assurance — and work with PS Ops & Transformation to operationalise them at scale.
  • Ensure best practice, standards, and learnings are shared across global PS teams.
  • Use data to drive decisions: utilisation, rework rates, CSI, project profitability, and NPS are all inputs to how you manage the business.
  • Adopt and drive compliance with PS operational frameworks, tooling, and reporting as defined by PS Ops & Transformation.
