Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main compensation advisor for assigned groups
- Oversee planning for salary reviews and incentive programs
- Participate in salary surveys for external competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory pay practices
- Analyze compensation data to drive informed decisions
- 7+ years of experience in compensation management
- Proven experience in market pricing and job analysis
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Compensation certification preferred
