Job Description

Position Overview

The Divisional Risk Operations Manager is a senior consultant who will support the Divisional Technology Risk 
Operations Management Lead in executing workforce strategy, overseeing consulting engagements, advancing 
organizational priorities, and driving operational excellence. The role will help establish, mature, and drive the 
operational efficiency and enabling functions that support the Divisional Risk Management Practice, including 
governance, workforce and vendor management, business planning, executive reporting, and process 
improvement. This individual will serve as a hands-on strategic and operational partner, coordinating leadership 
activities, facilitating key governance forums, and producing clear, executive-ready content and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workforce strategy, organizational design, resource planning, staffing analysis, and related 
management activities.
• Coordinate the day-to-day management of active project consulting and managed services engagements, 
including governance, financial tracking, performance monitoring, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.
• Help translate organizational strategy into practical plans, milestones, governance routines, and measurable 
outcomes.
• Establish, mature, and drive operational efficiency and enabling functions across the Divisional Risk 
Management Practice, including standardized processes, governance routines, management information, and 
continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Coordinate and facilitate quarterly Integrated Business Review (IBR) meetings, leadership reviews, planning 
sessions, and other governance forums.
• Create executive-level presentations, briefing materials, dashboards, reports, talking points, and leadership 
communications.
• Track strategic initiatives, commitments, decisions, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to promote 
visibility and accountability.
• Analyze operational performance, capacity, and organizational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and 
improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, transparency, and scalability across the 
organization.
• Partner with senior leaders, functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and 
support timely execution of priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in business operations, technology, technology risk, strategy execution, program 
management, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of technology organizations and technology risk concepts, including governance, operating 
models, portfolio management, and organizational planning.
• Experience supporting workforce strategy, organizational design, resource planning, or vendor and consulting 
engagement management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into 
concise, audience-appropriate messages.

• Demonstrated ability to create polished executive-level content, including presentations, reports, dashboards, 
briefing materials, and leadership communications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive progress in a fast-paced, matrixed 
environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional 
partners, consultants, and vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and related productivity and reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
• Experience within enterprise technology, technology risk, cybersecurity, operational risk, or a regulated 
financial services environment.
• Experience preparing materials for senior management, executive committees, or formal business reviews.
• Experience establishing or improving governance routines, management reporting, operational metrics, or 
business processes.
Measures of Success

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 to 100000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
