En tant que Conseiller(ère) au service à la clientèle chez JJS, vous jouerez un rôle clé en répondant aux besoins de nos clients à travers le Canada. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour les demandes d'information sur les produits, les commandes, la facturation et les retours de marchandise. Ce poste permanent est une excellente opportunité de rejoindre une entreprise familiale reconnue pour ses solutions innovantes dans les secteurs de l'automobile, de l'industrie et de la vente au détail.
Responsabilités du/de la Customer Service Advisor - Conseiller au service à la clientèle / Customer Service Advisor - Conseillère au service à la clientèle
- Conseiller les clients sur les produits, y compris les prix et le choix approprié.
- Répondre aux demandes générales des clients.
- Assurer la liaison avec les représentants et les autres unités de l'entreprise.
- Coordonner la livraison des produits avec le Responsable de l'entrepôt.
- Traiter les commandes, vérifier et saisir les soumissions dans le système SAP.
- Gérer les demandes liées à la facturation.
- Administrer les retours de marchandise, les échanges et les réclamations clients.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des procédures internes et suggérer des solutions pour accroître l’efficacité.

- Salaire horaire compétitif : 25 $ à 29 $, selon l'expérience.

- Programme de participation différée aux bénéfices (RPSP) de 2% du salaire après 6 mois.
- Semaine de travail de 37 heures avec vendredis après-midi libres.
- 3 jours de congés mobiles par année.
- 4 semaines de vacances annuelles.
- 2 journées de congé offertes à Pâques.
- Accès à une salle de repos équipée (billard, ping-pong).
- Café gratuit.
Conditions
- Le poste est basé à Aurora, ON
- Le mode de travail est 100% sur place, sans possibilité de télétravail
- L'horaire est du lundi au jeudi de 7h30 à 16h30, et le vendredi de 7h30 à 12h00
Exigences du/de la Customer Service Advisor - Conseiller au service à la clientèle / Customer Service Advisor - Conseillère au service à la clientèle
- Expérience significative dans le service à la clientèle auprès d'un distributeur de produits industriel (1 à 2 ans minimum).
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Résidence dans un rayon de 30 minutes de l'entreprise à Aurora, ON.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Capacité d'écoute active, orientation client, souci du détail et de la qualité.
- Aptitude à bâtir des relations de confiance.
Atouts du/de la Customer Service Advisor - Conseiller au service à la clientèle / Customer Service Advisor - Conseillère au service à la clientèle
- Expérience dans l'industrie automobile (pièces automobiles).
- Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration générale ou qualification connexe pertinente.
- Maîtrise du système SAP.
